woah.. what a week...
sleeping at 4 am....
then staying up the next day...to celebrate CNY...
and Karen's bday!!!

ok.. for you guys who are wondering..
i didn't sleep at 4am coz i was partying k..
it was coz i had to rush an assignment..... =(
ok.. so its pass-fail...
that's why exchange students are supposed to be darn slack..
(i never see the one in SG studying!!)
but i think its just something in me...
to wanna go a good piece of work....
which can suck when i wanna have fun...
but i think my mum will be happy... hahaha... =D
oh anyways.. its over... almost anyway... i've handed in both terror assignments... wahahahaha...=D
but then, there's mid-term next week...
and Derivatives is one of the papers!!! ARGH!!!!
( i think ping will understand my agony) =/

lets talk about.... TORONTO!
ok... was a lil disappointed really...
hoped to be able to 'feel the xin nian spirit there'.... yes yes.. all you eating your bah kwa now... i miss chinese new year!!!!
ah wells.. anyway.. there was not much CNY spirit in Chinatown Toronto.. though it was huge, bustling and crowded...just lacked the CNY energy.... which saddened me a lil.. hai~.. trust me.. chinatown in SG is more happening...
but still.. i did manage to get yummylicious food...
hahaha.. dim sum for breakfast.. and just bought food and eat as we walked down chinatown... saw so much food.. esp all the chinese veg like kailan and xiao bai cai that is so rare and ex in kingston... felt like buying everything lah... hahaha...
hmm.. in summary i shall just write the highlights of Toronto..
1. Chinese food... =)
2. Mamma Mia!!! i watched it for $26 bucks.. (student price) for really good seats... hahaha.. =D
3. Casa Loma.. some rich man's hse tt's like a castle.. neat!!
4. Kensington Market.. area with cool bohemian 2nd hand shops..
yup.. will go again.. to see more stuff... haha.. maybe i'd have more highlights then!!
haha.. oh.. yah..
yesterday... =)
most of the singaporeans met for "reunion" dinner...
haha.. shuen and karen fried the nian gao that we got from toronto.. YUMMY!!!
then we braved a snow storm, brought down the nian gao and went to silver wok for dinner... haha.. food was good... seriously.. could be less salty.. haha.. but still yummy!!! =)
then went to elixir.. to celebrate karen's bday!!! hahaha... music wasn't too good tho.. and crowd was rowdy...so we left early.. which is good for me too lah.. heh.. coz i was real tired by then...
oh yah... and it was actually Jielin's bday last thurs!!! gave her a midnight suprise and celebrated at Stages... that was fun... =P tho.... well...i guess no so much for lei and lin... more details on the other girls' blogs.... haha.. lazy to type...
so its Happy TwentyFirst again Jielin dear!!!.. belated anyway.. =P
