heh.. :) doesn't your heart warm at that? Mine did! (: I love children.. they are really so so adorable.. esp the nursery one class which i cared for yesterday...they are just so loving, so affectionate and so generous with their emotions.. the K1s who i teach usually are more reserved, more cautious of me... but i guess that is wat "growing up" does to you eh?
I want to go home with you!

I'm learning things everday and its great! attended a mini seminar today on teaching children.. the experienced teachers shared so much about how they captured children's attention. how children really learned and how they loved it! its really sort of common sense really.. but it is that kind that has to be repeated to remind and be put into action.. many a time, we know how a method prob won't work but still try it anyway coz it was used on us before...ah! the stiff singaporean that i am!
looking forward to going back tmr.. (:

New blog skin! spent near to an hr trying to get it right..
it looks fine now.. i think i'm mildly satisfied.. for now.. (:

ah neways, gotta prepare to go to the childcare already.. there's a meeting today on the new syllabus.. they are so shorthanded, i got a class of my own for my first day! K1.. not too bad.. but i've got a few active boys in my class that can be pretty distracting..
kids are cute when you dun have to teach them.. heh.. so i like 5.30 to 7pm the best.. coz thats when the kids watch videos and wait for their parents.. hahaha.. then the curious ones will come up to you and ask all sorts of questions..

"What is your age?"
"You look very young!" (that's my fave.. hahahahaha.. :D)

heh..children are so adorable.. just not the ones you teach.. heh..

I've found a really nice blogskin and am totally ready to change this thing here..in fact, i found it last week.. and wanted to blog in my 'new blog'..
prob is, i forgot how to d/l the script.. =/ this sucks..i need dinko here to help me.. or is anyone else out there with time in their hands and willing to help? pretty please? ;P
hai~.. anyway, Dinko looks like she's having loads of fun in France.. makes me wanna go too!!! argh!!! Dor reminded me of our supposed backpacking trip.. to be fulfilled one year from now.. HOW AM I GOING TO GET 5K TO GO?? esp if its gonna be in Europe! darn......
well, at least i'm gonna start work tmr.. at Bear's aunt's childcare.. I hope I don't get driven mad and never wanna have kids in the future.. =\ i am thankful for work..coz then I won't be slacking around doing nothing. but yet, i've to give up my freedom of time.. which sucks.. like how I'm gonna have to work from 2-7pm on weekdays.. yeah.. thank God they let me off early to go for YF on friday..
NTU is supposed to help me register for subs coz i went on exchange but they only registered 3 out of 4 subs.. i really hope they'd not screw up and do the final one.. coz i'm supposed to work tmr!! how am i to go reg subs? argh!!!!
i sound so angst and so unthankful now.. =( yucks!
hmmm.. on a good note.. Sat went on well.. (: it was not as good as I envisioned it to be.. but as Sam puts it.. I'm too much of a perfectionist and idealist.. the most impt thing was that the star of the day had a good time and have great memories to bring home.. (:
though as much as i would like to say that this is all that matters..there's this thing prodding my heart.. this SHARP thing...it really sucks to be made to feel stupid and dumb when you go all out with your heart to do something for someone..ok.. i think i'm starting to really babble and am making my blog post sound boring...

I had big plans today..
1. Check my email..
in the end, i got stuck on msn for an hour.. =/(all coz silly rou can't multitask)
Then my msn screwed up.. TWICE.. it was so bad, my comp restarted itself! what the?
neway.. continuing on..
2. Plan my timetable...
Wanted to take one sub with Lyn. Then realised my lecture clashed with hers.
Decided to plan everything else first, then realised that I have a lect on fridays till 6.30 pm!!! That means I can't be at YF! Totally freaked out.. only afterwards did I realised that there are only 5 lectures in all.. Thank God.. But too sian to plan again.. =/ maybe tmr eh? (ah.. the Queen of procrastination)
3. Upload photos on this blog...
But my wonderful computer decided to not read my CD.. so i can't upload anything...
Come on! Like how often do I go online and decide to accomplish so much?
Basically, my day with the piece of machinery has been sucky..
I think it hates me.. =/
At least there's still normal life to deal with...

Its been like 2? 3? years since we've met up as a class.. (tho the class only consisted of 5 ppl that day!! haha) but seriously, its nice that after so long we still have things to talk about and we weren't like awkward around each other.
heh.. and you realise some ppl just never change.. Jiesi is still as crazy.. Grace is still as humurous.. Linyen, the silent angel.. (: and Jason? heh.. ah well.. Jason is Jason.. what more can i say? =P

I've found a really nice blogskin and am totally ready to change this thing here..in fact, i found it last week.. and wanted to blog in my 'new blog'..
